We don’t claim to be the local hearing experts, without good reason. We rely on the constant postive feedback we receive from our clients, many who travel huge distances to attend their sessions with us, to appreciate the special relationship and trust they have in us.
Today, we all rely on the words of others. This gives us the confidence that the hotel, restaurant or play we’re considering is worthwhile booking. It’s no different for us, at our small independent clinic, situated in a quiet cul de sac, off the High Street in Harpenden in Hertfordshire.
Our clients who have taken the time to upload their comments to various social media channels and websites to tell others of their experiences means we constantly receive enquires from people around the country, sometimes even further, requesting an appointment after reading the comments published online. We don’t advertise as we prefer to invest in our practice to make sure we have the best equipment and team always available to provide the highest level of care we can. Any surplus is invested in supporting our local community whether it be sponsoring flower beds to improve the local area or working with charities to offer advice.
Many clients become ambassadors for our cause after turning to us for a second opinion. Charles has been a client for twenty-seven years. This is what he said about us:
