There is never a more important time than during the holidays that we rely on our sense of hearing to enjoy the company of others. And if you rely on the use of hearing aids, remote microphones and other special technology then you should take time in advance to check that everything is working in tip-top form before the holidays are upon us.
We rely on Royal Mail and courier services to deliver hearing aids and other equipment both to you and the labs we employ to repair technology for us. The run up to the holidays is always a little frantic and we recommend you double check you have sufficient batteries and any cleaning products, arrange a professional deep clean in the practice, or an appointment to have things checked over. Our appointments are booking up quickly now so please do get in touch soon to avoid disappointment.
If you have a hearing aid which requires repair, we will endeavour to process this as quickly as possible but we are always in the hands of others as soon as any parcel is dispatched from our premises in Harpenden. We have just received the following from Royal Mail with the cautionary note that these dates are subject to change.
