So the month of July draws to an end.
The sun is shining, London 2012 Olympics have started and the Audiologist of the Year 2012 competition has closed to entries for another year. The votes and nominations will be considered over the summer and the winner and commended individuals announced at the end of September.
We have been incredibly successful in the competition over the past 3 years, winning 3 times (two top UK winner awards and the ultimate prize of European Audiologist of the Year) and swooping up another 4 individual commendations.
It would be expecting too much to be selected again this year and it’s reward enough that so many of our patients and clients have been moved to nominate Zoe, Jo and Robert in 2012.
Our goal is to excel and far exceed what our clients have come to expect from their own experiences or what their friends have endured from self professed hearing experts elsewhere.
Whether it’s 5 year old Lottie who kisses her hearing aids goodnight when she takes them off to Arthur who we fitted at 102 years young recently. They, along with more than hundred other clients, have taken the time to write to the judges about their experience of our unique ‘client centric’ service and attention to detail.
We received the following form the other day which sums it up for us.
“I first took my daughter to see Robert when she was 8 years old. She is now 43 and still travels from wherever she is living to have her hearing aids fitted by him – even traveling back from Japan where she is currently living so that Robert could fit her latest hearing aids. That is testament to our confidence and trust in his skills.”
Thanks Ann. It’s nice to know the presence of our continuing support over the years is so much appreciated.
