Don’t let Christmas be silenced by strikes

Our Christmas Opening Times.

As it’s the first week of December, we’re turning our attention to making sure clients are prepared for our annual closure.

And, with the threat of transport and postal strikes hanging over us all, it’s more important than ever to plan ahead, and be prepared!

Hearing Healthcare Practice will close for Christmas on Friday 23rd December @ 5.30pm, and we will reopen on Tuesday 3rd January at 9.00am.

Up until then our diary is already quite booked up, but we have a Priority List for any unexpected cancellations.

We always urge our clients to make sure they are stocked up on consumables, booked in early for appointments, and have arranged to have their hearing technology professionally cleaned in good time.

If we have any special orders or need to send anything off for repair, we rely on others to return items to us all in good time.

With this in mind, the postal and courier services we rely on always slow down over the festive period due to the weight of additional seasonal demand. But this year, due to industrial action, there may be more delays.  We will, however, do our best to avoid any issues for our clients so they can enjoy their Christmas and New Year safe in the knowledge they will be able to hear, listen and communicate as well as they can.

If all the strikes proceed as planned, the effect could be disastrous if you rely on a small independent local company like Hearing Healthcare Practice.

But, don’t worry, if you need our assistance, we’ll always go the extra mile to help – please, however, don’t delay in contacting us if you need our services.
