We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small team based in Harpenden.
We are Hertfordshire’s leading private experts for hearing care and audiology. We are a multi-award winning, independent, family-run clinic and we are recruiting for an amazing Front of House Executive.

As a front of house executive, you are a key part of our practice team, providing brilliant support to our audiologists and fantastic care to our patients. This diverse role requires the ability to work under pressure, multitask and pay meticulous attention to detail.
The scope of your role will include answering telephone, email and in person enquires; managing the diaries of our busy clinicians; supporting our audiologists (with full training) in arranging the repair of hearing aids and other equipment; meeting and greeting patients and clients, processing orders, payments and carrying out associated administration tasks.

Key Skills and Qualities:
- Two years (minimum) experience in a similar role (clinic reception or hospitality an advantage but not essential).
- Professional attitude and appearance (uniform provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to multitask and prioritise.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon- Fri (37.5 hours per week)
Starting salary: On Application
Holiday: 20 days pa + Bank & National Holidays + Birthday
