We’re lucky to have a reputation that gives us a window on all worlds – local, national and international. And, because we’re truly independent we can search the whole world for the right solutions for our patients – we’re not tied to a hearing aid brand or any manufacturer’s product.
But, seeing the ways in which some other hearing aid companies and hearing healthcare businesses market themselves there seems to be a misunderstanding of what actually is an independent local business.
Other companies purport to be local and independent but on deeper investigation, they’re part of a chain. Their owners live far away or out of the UK. And they’re tied to one manufacturer so they really can’t offer real choice to their patients.
