We established Hearing Healthcare Practice to offer help, support and exemplary service. One desire was to create a practice that focuses on people, and not technology. Our aim is to become a trusted source of information when there’s so much misleading information about.
Over the decades, despite prevailing economic headwinds, changing market forces and shifting regulation, our ethos has not faltered.
Recently we’ve noticed an increase in requests for a ‘second opinion’– many visitors asking us to take over their care, as they don’t feel their hearing aids are working as well as they had expected and have lost faith in their provider. Others complain their hearing care provider isn’t available or doesn’t know what else to do to fine-tune and improve how their hearing aids.
We happily enrol everyone as clients, providing our experience to guide them and, sometimes, to signpost them to other third-party specialized services.
We anticipate the current economic challenges will result in even more people seeking our ongoing care. As some companies may cease trading, we’ll be there for any client offering a safe haven.
A new client, Mick, discovered the company which supplied his hearing aids in the summer had gone into administration, so he found us online and turned to us for help. He showed his support by rating us five stars on Google.
