In most cases, it seems like these companies are looking for us to congratulate them for just doing their job and not mucking up! In our opinion, reviews should be reserved to recognise exceptional treatment, where a company has gone above and beyond, where a customer or client’s expectations have truly been exceeded.
At Hearing Healthcare Practice, we decided that our focus should be on delivering clinical excellence so we measure outcomes at the end of the initial treatment process rather than seeking regular plaudits and stars.
