We have had the pleasure of working with Hannah since the Spring. Her story was similar to so many we hear, of someone who believed nothing could be done to help them. Thankfully we were able to show her that was not the case.
We embarked on an emotional journey which has transformed Hannah’s life. She wanted to share some of her experience in the following email.
“I can’t recommend Robert and his team enough, he has changed my life beyond measure and made me feel so comfortable throughout!
I noticed a significant loss in my hearing around the age of 17 and went on to have two bad experiences with the NHS and having hearing tech fitted. I gave up on my hearing around the age of 23 but being self employed in the fashion industry and working in loud and fast paced environments I found my hearing loss was having a huge impact on my career.
Robert really took the time to find out what my daily challenges are, he went above and beyond and really cares about you as a patient and finding the best solution for you.
I have now been wearing my hearing tech for nearly 5 months and cant get over the difference! I had very few issues but any problems I did have Robert was happy to fix them for me at regular check ups.
Im so happy with the outcome and it really has been a life changing experience! My only wish is that I’d gone to him 16 years ago when I first had hearing difficulties! “
