“Where to start! I was recommended here by a good colleague of mine. I had bought my hearing aids from a now-dissolved company. They never worked and were plagued with issues. I arrived here for an appointment. Was greeted warmly by Robert and then introduced to Natalie Szymanski and this is where it took off! Natalie is extremely professional but explains everything in a way I could understand. Thorough, does not even cover it!! She went through every aspect of the hearing aids and their programming. Checking all points and as a result of Natalie’s competence and knowledge, my hearing aids are now amazing after a year and a half of incompetence by the previous company. I cannot recommend her and this company enough but hope I have come close!!!”
“My elderly father had damaged one of his ReSound hearing aids but when I contacted his supplier they had ceased trading. So I rang around other practices handling the brand to try to find someone else who was willing to take it on. Most weren’t interested but Hearing Healthcare were kind enough to offer a repair. They quickly fixed the fault and sent the hearing aid back to my father, but despite being posted by Special Delivery the Royal Mail ridiculously managed to lose it. And that’s when Hearing Healthcare really showed their colours … by sourcing him a replacement at their own expense! So a huge thank you goes out to Robert and his team for not only doing an excellent job but also for their generosity.”
