Countless companies, including Facebook, claim to ‘Put People First’ but in our case its utterly fundamental to or work. Our reputation as Hertfordshire’s leading hearing practice is simply due to our commitment to putting people first – placing our clients and patients at the centre of our treatment programme.
This attention to detail is appreciated by everyone who attends the clinic, whether as a first time visitor or Derek, Jude and Penny, who have been visiting us for more than 30 years.
We believe the amazing hearing aid technology we have access to isn’t the core of what we do, it’s an just one element of each client’s individual Treatment Programme.
Hearing aids are becoming more and more complex, mini computers with up to 48 million digital transistors performing hundreds of thousands of calculations every second. So, with this increasing complexity, comes the need to stay educated and on top of these developments –skills we see in short supply in other clinics and on the High Street.
Just this week we have dispensed a wide variety of different solutions for our varied clients – from completely invisible, waterproof, rechargeable and stereo-hearing aid options, to accessories that connect a user’s hearing aids wirelessly to media devices including iPhones, tablets and Bluetooth streaming systems.
Our audiologists are currently engaged in pre-release beta tests of technology to be released in 2019. So we’re ahead of the technology curve, using tomorrow’s advances today.
